Return and Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

All services (dyno, tuning, shipping of custom ECU maps) must be paid in full before work begins or files are generated.
If you cancel a booked service at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund 100% minus any non-recoverable fees.
If work has already begun (dyno run done, tune created, etc.), refunds may be partial or not available — this is decided case-by-case.

Warranty / Quality Guarantee

We guarantee work against defects related to tuning or dyno service. If you experience issues due to the tune, we will correct it free of charge within a defined period (e.g. 30 days).
Damage due to external factors (fuel contamination, mishandling, mechanical failure outside of dyno/tuning control) are not covered.

Liability Disclaimer

All custom tuning may affect bike reliability, emissions, and compliance with local laws. By proceeding with tuning, you accept these risks.
Gap City Tuning is not responsible for penalties, fines, or legal issues arising from non-compliant modifications or fuel usage.

Intellectual Property

All maps, custom tunes, dyno charts, graphics produced by Gap City Tuning remain our property unless full rights are transferred in writing.
